  • Notes for Mary Catherine Dauntesey Foxton:-

Mary traveled the world and was a great friend to her sister-in-law Annie, her autograph book, which chronicles her travels is still in the family.

Mary was named after her Aunt Mary Catherine Dauntesy who lived with her husband at Agecroft Hall in England.  This was to have been left to Mary and then George Foxton, it is not known what happened but probably the fire and death taxes made it necessary to sell the property.

Agecroft Hall is now in Richmond Virginia, moved from England in the 1920's.
